Anytime, anyone mentions any metrics/numbers/stats, just repeat it with a 'Oh wow'. For example: 57% of members do not like our app, "Oh wow, 57% of our members do not like our app!" 1 in 5 people loved our marketing campaign, "Oh wow, 1 out of 5 people love our marketing campaign" 88% of people said they see no value in our existence, "Oh wow, 88% people said..." Okay you get the point! Just add a "Oh wow" and repeat all the numbers and people will nod, agreeing how smart you are and how these numbers are resonating so well with you! Just make sure you are not in a financial meeting, in that case, limit the number repetitions to 5 per 30 minutes!
