One thing that relaxes me : listening to the waterfall soundtrak on YouTube. Literally, it's just water falling and nothing else. Try it out if you haven't!
One thing that irritates the s&*t out of me : slow people walking in front of me. Just writing that has made me annoyed, going back to my waterfall sounds!
